Grimm’s Groundworks provides excavation, site preparation, grading, drainage, driveway, septic, utility, construction-related, and other property improvement services.

Specific pricing, scope of work, payment requirements, schedules, warranties, and other project-specific terms may be provided separately through estimates, proposals, invoices, or contracts.

Estimates and scheduling are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, material availability, equipment availability, and other circumstances that may affect construction or excavation work.

An estimate does not guarantee a specific start or completion date unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Grimm’s Groundworks, you agree that we may send you SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, requested services, or business relationship with us.

Messages may include:

• Appointment and scheduling information
• Estimate and quote notifications
• Project and job updates
• Service reminders
• Invoice and payment information
• Customer service communications
• Other communications related to requested or existing services

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Grimm’s Groundworks.

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Grimm’s Groundworks.
